Q2: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept major debit / credit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select cities. (If any other payment gateways like Easypaisa or JazzCash are used, list them here.)

Q3: Is it safe to use my bank card on LensStore.com.pk?
A: Yes, we use secure SSL encryption to protect your payment information. Your card details are never stored in plaintext on our servers.


Shipping & Delivery

Q4: Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
A: Yes — we deliver nationwide. For remote areas, delivery may take a bit longer.

Q5: How long does delivery take?
A: Generally, orders in major cities (e.g., Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi) are delivered within 1–3 business days. For other cities, it may take up to 5–7 business days.

Q6: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Delivery charges vary depending on your location and order amount. Free delivery is available for orders above a certain purchase threshold. (Specify amount.)

Q7: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number / link via email or SMS so you can see where it is.


Prescription & Lens Quality

Q8: What information do I need to provide for a prescription lens?
A: For prescription lenses, we need the following details:

  • Power (Sphere)

  • Cylinder & Axis (if you have astigmatism)

  • Base Curve (if applicable)

  • Diameter (if applicable)

  • Lens Brand / Model (if specific)

Q9: Can I buy lenses without a prescription?
A: Some cosmetic / plano lenses (non-prescription colour lenses) can be purchased without prescription. But for vision correction lenses, a valid prescription is needed for safety and accuracy.

Q10: How do I make sure I get the right size / correct fit?
A: If this is your first time, check your previous prescription from an eye doctor or optometrist. Also check the lens packaging for size details. If unsure, contact our support team before ordering.

Q11: What if the lenses I receive are defective or incorrect?
A: We stand by our quality guarantee. If your lenses are defective, incorrect prescription, or damaged, please contact us within X days (specify, e.g. 7 days) with photos and order details. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund as applicable.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q12: What is your return / exchange policy?
A: Because of hygiene concerns, opened or used lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned / exchanged within a specified period (e.g. 7–14 days) subject to inspection and proof of purchase.

Q13: How long until I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on bank / payment method).

A: No, you can place an order as a guest. But creating an account allows you to save multiple shipping addresses, view order history, and faster checkout.

A: These are lenses designed primarily for aesthetic / fashion purposes — changing or enhancing eye colour, special designs for weddings, etc. They may or may not include vision correction.

Q18: How should I care for my lenses?
A: Follow hygiene instructions: wash hands before handling lenses, use proper lens solution (if reusable), never sleep in lenses unless specified, clean and store in a clean case. Replace lenses as per the recommended schedule.
